Manual Decoiler
The weight, thickness and width of the steel coil influence the design of the decoiler. The manual decoiler effectively handles a feeding width of 60mm, and the thickness of 0.7mm steel coil used in this production line.
Guiding Part
The guiding bars ensure alignment between the steel coil and the machines on the same central axis, preventing distortion of the formed profiles. Some guiding rollers are strategically positioned along the entire forming line.
This production line features a straightforward design utilizing cast-iron structure and a chain-driven system. The cast-iron structure, a whole piece of solid iron, provides robustness and stability. With a total of 16 forming stations, including an embossing roller, it can imprint protrusions on the steel coil surface to enhance friction.
Flying Hydraulic Cut
Powered by a hydraulic station, and the “flying” means it can move forward and backward in sync with the forming speed without disrupting continuous operation of the roll forming machine, thereby increasing productivity. Customized molds at the cutting point ensure minimal product deformation during cutting.
Encoder & PLC
Equipped with a suspended PLC control panel to save floor space, workers can control production speed, set production dimensions, and cut lengths on the PLC screen. The encoder on the production line converts the sensed steel coil length into electrical signals transmitted to the PLC control cabinet. This allows our machine to maintain cutting accuracy within 1mm, ensuring high-quality products and minimizing waste from erroneous cuts.
